About United Auto Racing

United Auto Racing was created by George Sahakian in May of 2015 when Chris and Ashley Sahakian decided to enter the racing world. United Auto Racing is a division of United Auto. United Auto is located in Boisbriand, QC, just off of highway 15, and has been at the forefront of selling high-end pre-owned vehicles from the world’s top manufactures for more than two decades.

United Auto Racing just completed their first full year in the CTCC series with Chris Sahakian and 2 full seasons of Nissan Micra Cup with the sibling team. In only his second year of racing, Chris captured the first-place CTCC championship title. It was an exciting season and the owner of the racing team, George Sahakian, decided to double down by adding an additional car to the CTCC line up.

Ashley Sahakian, Chris’s younger sister, will be joining the CTCC series and driving the newly acquired Mustang Boss 302 S race car. Together, they will be one of the only brother-sister teams in Canada and Ashley will be one of only two females in the CTCC series. Powered by Ford Mustang, the two siblings hope to dominate the race track!

About CTCC Racing

The Canadian Touring Car Championship (CTCC) has been around for 10 years. It showcases race cars based on their original stock street version in three different categories (Classes). The entry-level Touring Class, Super Touring Class, and the Grand Sport Class for higher power sports cars. There are several classes of cars on the track including BMW (Mini), Honda, Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota, GM and Ford.

All three classes compete at the same time on the track. Chris and Ashley will be in the Grand Sport division. CTCC operates in Ontario and Quebec. Its season commences in May and, after 14 races, ends in September.

It is fast and furious racing with a mix of both amateur and professional competitors driving production (limited modifications), manufactured cars at extremely high speeds. The races are very close, challenging, and dangerous.

CTCC racing is followed by over 150,000 on social media networks. CTCC is well known and has extensive media coverage on television, in magazines like Pole Position, online videos and articles, press releases and more.
